Approach

A key mandate for the app was allow subscribed users who cannot be there for live concerts for their favorite artists to capture the Live experience by paying for and watching via the app on their device or laptops.

Another added feature to the app is ‘Fan Mail’
This will be embedded in the same interface as the ‘music player’
The music player will have icons for social media sharing while they’re listening, and the ‘Fan mail’ icon which can have the look of a ‘Paper plane’ will serve as a bridge to gap between the Artists and the Fans.

Working on this project provided me with first hand key insights into how music streaming works, their hierachies of processes as well as relevant context for framing challenges and solutions for the music and entertainment industry.
